Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our client base in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Coimbatore
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of local market (Coimbatore) is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- CRM tools experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
